Josh Hoekwater - Marketing / Production

A self-described jack of all trades, a renaissance man if you will, Josh brings a broad range of experience to the AirCraft table. He comes to AirCraft from the New England Conservatory of Music where he served as Coordinator of the Career Services Center. A musician himself, Josh brings renewed energy and commitment to improving the AirCraft product and the relationships with our customers. His experience in web-development, database solutions, and customer service has prepared him to improve the AirCraft experience for you, the customer. A sax player with performance experience in Boston, New York and Grand Rapids, MI, he's also an avid sports fan, a fisherman, a handyman, and an all-around nice guy.

Tim Reppert - Engineer / Composer / Producer

Composer, bassist, recording engineer and producer Tim Reppert studied at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, and has worked as a recording engineer and studio session musician in New York City, Boston, and Ithaca where his own production studio now flourishes. He is currently performing with a jazz string group Water Bear and in a backup band for a gifted singer/songwriter Crow Greenspun. In his successful career Tim recorded for diverse clients such as Sly Stone, Whitney Houston, The Beastie Boys, Grand Master Flash and Kool & The Gang. For the past 11 years Tim has also been a resident Sound Designer for the Kitchen Theatre Company in Ithaca, NY creating over 80 sound scores and compositions for the Company's wide range of productions. His sound design skills have also reached to Vermont Stage for Syringa Tree and to NYC for an off-Broadway production of The Soup Comes Last. Has also done custom music for Royal Caribbean and Network Health among many others.

Crit Harmon - Producer / Composer / Idea Man

Independent producer, engineer, and composer Crit Harmon has been involved with AirCraft's production in some capacity since it's inception. A true factotum of the audio industry, Crits credits include work with artists such as Martin Sexton, Susan Werner, and Fordham Wilkes as well as film and tv work with "Grumpy Old Men", "ER" and "Melrose Place" among many others. Crit is also the owner and operator of his own independent recording studio.
